About Alan Williams.

Alan Williams is a professional photographer based in Cornwall and specialising in Surf and Windsurfing photography. He is a graduate of Truro College with an HND in Photography and Digital Imaging.

Alan is profoundly deaf which gives him a unique ability to represent action, movement and energy in a way others don't quite catch. While living in Cornwall Alan has developed a deep love for the sea, a passion for water sports in general and surfing in particular. Alan established IMAGESalanwilliams in 2004 following success in capturing some special images of Dame Ellen MacArthur as she departed Falmouth on her epic journey.
